Together, we can create a brighter future for the Ladies at
The House of Grace!
At The House of Grace, our mission is to provide life skills that bring enhanced self-esteem, life purpose and belonging to each individual.
We offer a variety of programs and services to support mental health, including counseling, Christian support groups and outreaches to our community to benefit others. We are a strong women's ministry that includes Biblical counseling. Please donate!
The House of Grace is faith-based and God's Spirit is welcomed through our Bible Studies, prayers and support to each other. We learn that the Word of God is important to help us deal with what's happening in the world today.
To make a donation or to find out about volunteering, call the Director Barbara Johns at (717) 261-6810 or email

Women helping women in the name of the Lord is what it is all about!
The Lord our God is everything to me. He has shown His love in many ways and continues to bless me with all the ways of The House of Grace. He guides me and shows me daily why He is in control.
His Word is truth and when I am feeling less than I should, He reminds me of
PROVERBS 31:25
She is clothed with strength and dignity and she laughs

From R.S.
"The House of Grace means so much to me because when I am there, I feel like part of a family and I am at peace. When I need help processing a situation, there is always someone to help me and most importantly to pray with me. I love my family at The House of Grace.
We all call ourselves "sister" because we are God's daughters and He is our heavenly Father."
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Either working with the Ladies, providing a new class, helping to manage the house itself or assisting with any outside work is greatly appreciated. Lets talk!
